In July 2023 we took over the top 2 floors of a disused office block on Low Ousegate in York for 3 weekends and created THE biggest street art show in the City..we did all this to raise awareness of mental health and to raise funds for York Mind (local mental health charity).

Some of THE most iconic street artists in the country came to building before it opened to the public to produce wall pieces.  Headline artists ROWDY, JAMES JESSOP, MIGHTY MO, MUL, PREFAB, LISTEN04 and DAN CIMMERMANN.  The YORK CREW  - SHARON McDONAGH, LINCOLN LIGHTFOOT, BOXXHEAD, STEVE BOTTRILL, MICHAEL DAWSON, FINN GREENHOUSE & SOLA (also the show resident DJ).  Guest artists included LOST HILLS, YERP, COLOQUIX & more.

Top floor galleries, second floor wall, floor & ceiling works, another gallery and a shop - not to mention a sprayed up DJ booth built and created by DJ & Artist SOLA.  An absolute belter of a show that resulted in lots of media attention.  I was 'made' to be the spokesperson for the event so undertook radio, press and TV interviews which ensured that the event was visited by literally hundreds of people.  It was a HUGE  success and we raised nearly £12,000 for the charity.
